I evaluated new projects by producing cycle analysis time studies, reviewing customer specifications, validating product samples, and developing detailed release BOMs. The team would execute my individually assigned design tasks and submit subassemblies for review. I reported project status to Project Managers and delivered complete design packages to the scheduling department. Additionally, I acted as a Machine Owner for the VersaPack (VP15) and Gantry Top Loader (GTL) product lines. I provided applications and sales support for all projects involving these lines, supported existing installations, and maintained standard BOMs. As the GTL Machine Owner, I designed and tested the patented Vertical Load Case Packer module with an innovative side belt tipper conveyor and sliding bottom bucket.
