In 2007, it closed at R12m. I left the company in 2008 at R25m profit. I had by then established stringent financial and commercial controls and developed from inception the ESS Integrated Facilities Management Division with De Beers, Siemens, Vodacom and Chevron as key clients off the back of Global Agreements.
