I had the pleasure of working with Chris Knight on a few projects at POP and each time Chris' organization and ability to keep the team on track, under budget, and smoothly operating made it by far one of the most enjoyable contracting experiences I've had. I never felt like we had over-scoped the project and it felt good to really WOW the clients each time with a far better end result than they anticipated. Chris was great at working with the clients to understand their expectations, work within their budgets and assemble the team required to get the job done with ease. In our time together at POP, Chris led as the Project Manager for a number of UX efforts, ranging from a mobile app to campaign work to VR/AR experiences.
