  During the time at HA, I have worked to bring the company to a more tech rich environment. The IT Strategy was to bring the company to be a tech saavy and just before the cutting edge of technology. Since technology helps to drive the advantages for our company, keeping the systems and equipment up and running is key to success. Some of the major successful projects completed were: - Transition and implementation of ERP system affecting all aspects of the business (using SalesForce as the backbone) - Moved the traditional POTS phone system to a VOIP solution that resides in the cloud. This implementation with NewVoiceMedia (now owned by Vonage) keeps the company nimble and allows for disaster recovery from any location - Lead the project to move the ecommerce from older technology to a new platform, Magento 2, that can grow and size with the company - Moved the traditional in-house accounting to an outsourced model that gives greater flexibility and more resources to gather information for the accounting needs at 1/2 the cost of the in-house accounting team As it stands, over the past few years, I have helped to facilitate the migration from older systems on one or two servers to spanning server servers and the critical systems handled and fortified in a secure cloud environment. Moving the company to be more cloud based has allowed the company to be more nimble and able to grow quickly and easier. Since the systems are not tied to just one point, having the access at all times in a connected environment helps the company and staff complete their tasks and projects quicker and more efficiently.
