Construction of heuristic algorithms to aid semi-conductor designers centre and improve analogue circuit performance and management of the Development team. As head of the Development team at Thalia Design Automation my role is to oversee development of the suite of EDA tools for heloping designers migrate circuits from technology node to another and produce derivates. These softwares include: technology analysis to pre-evaluate a technology and identify key issues; Porting to migrate a circuit in one technology node to another; Design Enabling to assist the designer in centring the migrated circuit; and Layout to assist in layout of a circuit. In particular my role is to design new and original algorithms to help centre a circuit. This involves idenifying key components and adjusting parameters to find the best design across process corners and voltage supplies. Show less
