  Was able to work here for multiple Co-op semesters, and during my time I assisted in the creation of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection plans utilizing AutoCAD. These plans consisted of demolition plans as well as new layout plans. I also had the opportunity to participate in site visits to assess existing conditions. Conducted research on HVAC and Plumbing equipment to determine the optimal fit for infrastructure systems.   Worked closely with the maintenance department to ensure that factory equipment was working properly. Performed calibration on stamping presses to make certain that parts would be made to specification. Designed and 3D printed replacement parts for factory machines.   Conducted quality inspections of foam products to ensure that specifications were met. Assisted in drop tests to help determine the best material to use in packaging. Generated 3D models of battery cases in Solidworks, which then allowed me to design foam packaging for those battery cases. Assisted in the development of a conveyer belt system that utilized cameras and sensors to detect quality defects in a foam product. Generated foam samples for customers utilizing the water jet.
