  ⬥ Full stack development of a citizen issue tracking web application called AccessE11. ⬥ Used Java/Groovy in the back-end and HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript and the React framework for the front-end. ⬥ Helped develop, document, and test a REST API used for communication with external software and a mobile app. Testing done with Postman and documentation done with YAML file and the Swagger.io Editor. ⬥ Updated and retrieved data from a PostgreSQL database using SQL and the Hibernate Query Language (HQL).⬥ Tasks ranged from adding large-scale features to fixing bugs, documentation, and design.

Used C# and SQL in the back-end and HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ASP.NET for the front-end. Designed for bilingual use in French and English.⬥ Created small tools for Windows desktops using C#.⬥ Worked with an Oracle database using SQL and PL/SQL.⬥ Designed, developed, and deployed a full website and several desktop applications.
