my main responsibility up to now has been working with one-off projects or maintaining a productive workflow and general observation. my first independent project was processing a significant backlog of unprocessed watches for basic testing and repair. fallowed by a shift into the new e-commerce department to assist in organizing another backlog of materials for sale online and assisting in the general processing of books for quality and distribution to stores. my main responsibility up to now has been working with one-off projects or maintaining a productive workflow and general observation. my first independent project was processing a significant backlog of unprocessed watches for basic testing and repair. fallowed by a shift into the new e-commerce department to assist in organizing another backlog of materials for sale online and assisting in the general processing of books for quality and distribution to stores.

my responsibilities included. basic janitorial and customer service primarily as I accepted donations and kept the store and donations areas clean. I was trusted to come in before the store opened to vacuum and shovel out snow as needed and volunteered to work six-day weeks splitting my hours evenly to make sure someone was always on hand in the back room on Saturdays. my responsibilities expanded to include sole responsibility for the operation of the clothing bailer as we expanded the collection of unusable rag stock from smaller branch stores and given the title of lead youth worker.
