I had the pleasure of working with Chris from almost a year at Integra Software LLC. When I joined Integra as a Senior Software Engineer it was Chris who was assigned to answer questions and guide me during my onboarding process. He impressed me with the depth of his knowledge and his attention to detail. Even more impressive was his generosity with his time and his geniality to a new co-worker. Chris continually demonstrated his ability to design, implement and test complete complex end-to-end solutions in SQL Server, C#, WPF and XAML. His coding abilities would often lead to him being assigned projects that would normally be given to more experienced Software Engineers. Chris did an excellent job of facilitating online meetings between the Project Management, Quality Assurance, Development and Database teams for those projects. He was one of our most reliable and capable Software Engineers. Chris was always prepared for planning and grooming sessions and was not shy about challenging coding patterns and standards when he found they could be improved. He was very thorough when code reviewing other developers work which helped ensure our code base adhered to our standards and best practices. He was an active participant in all team discussions as we talked through our design choices and paradigms. I strongly recommend Chris for the role of Software Engineer. His career is just beginning and there is no limit to what he will be able to accomplish. I have no doubt that in ten years I will look at his LinkenIn profile and be utterly amazed at how far he will have gone.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris from the first day he started at Integra. Chris is always eager to learn new technologies and then share his knowledge with his coworkers. Chris is one of the most patient developers I have ever worked with. He treats everyone with respect, no matter their job title and takes feedback really well. Wherever Chris's next chapter takes him, the next company will be extremely lucky to have him.
