      Kettering Quality inspection of goods in. I carried out first off and last off inspection of manufacured parts, this included testing for adheasion by performing pull force experments aiming to achieve consistancy within specified limits. communicating with colleagues in order to find a manufacturing proccess in which parts are less likey to be damaged. Reducing the quantity of scrapped parts was a focus of mine.

      Northampton, United Kingdom Building and testing of prototype engines. The build process included noting down measured torques achieved by all bolts and also measuring cylinder volumes. Within the engine test department it was my roll to insure that all of the prototype engines operated within specified parameters with regards to all relevant operating temperatures and that the wiring looms provided the correct voltages to all electrical parts such as fuel injectors.
