One example of a client I worked for operated a 400 foot tall crane to use in the construction of wind turbines near Racine, WI. My job was to notify the site manager 2 hours in advance of any problematic weather that will cause them to shut down construction. In this case it was sustained winds over 15mph or heavy precipitation. Provided real-time weather updates and detailed forecasts for weather-sensitive businesses.
