  Project Experiences Include: Mosaic Energy – Jayar Gas Plant Phase 1 Configuration of facility control system and programming of PLC for site using RSLogix Studio. Design of all graphics for HMIs using FactoryTalk View Studio. Edition and submission of final copy for facility control narrative. Configuration of plant callout system. Commissioned electrical system with electricians on site from devices back to HMI. Work involved programming in-house for 3 months followed by 2 months on site for start-up. Jupiter Resources – Plant Compressor Engine Product Link Integration and Installation Completed system architecture schematics and mapping for all compressors at Jupiter’s three largest facilities. Coordinated scheduling of Finning technicians site visits along with my own. Worked with development groups for Finning and Caterpillar throughout the project. Frequently met with Pembina automation lead to ensure system met with client’s specifications. Pembina Pipeline – Cutbank Plant Control System Upgrade Setup and installation of new servers for historian, and serve and backup HMI applications Rewriting off all existing PLC logic and creation of a new networked HMI application. Configuration of all PLC hardware. Commissioning of PLC and HMI equipment on site. Other Projects and Tasks Working with electrical and mechanical engineers on new well construction projects and upgrading existing facilities. Remote and site commissioning of construction projects.   Project Experiences Include: Seven Generations Energy – 16-21 Facility Managed project with an electrical budget of $300,000. Coordinated between vendors and mechanical engineering contractor to order equipment to customer specifications while maintaining tight schedules. Maintained and facilitated communication between Seven Generations’ project managers, vendors, mechanical contractor and electrical engineering team at Wave. Designed electrical integration between new triple Cat generator package and the rest of the facility. Attended weekly project meetings. Reviewed mechanical P&IDs for instrumentation placement, tagging and selection of devices. Reviewed electrical drawings prior to release for bid. Other Projects and Tasks Managed wellsite integration and small facility projects with budgets up to $100,000. Coordinated with site E&I contractor to design and start-up pilot water treatment facility project for Seven Generations. Responsible for electrical design of new rig fuel gas skids for Seven Generations. Assembled bid packages for process equipment skids and oil and gas installations. Took part in weekly HAZOP meetings, shutdown key reviews and construction meetings.
