I was in charge of growing and obtaining new business in my designated territories. Along with that, I also valued building relationships with all my customers, and working with them to provide excellent service. I excelled at my interpersonal skills, and product sourcing skills. The best part of my job with Fastenal is pleasing my customers, and making sure they receive a great experience using Fastenal. General Manager

During my time at Subway of Lake Hopatcong, I began as a sandwich artist before working my way up after 6 months to General Manager of the Lake Hopatcong location. As the General Manager, I was in charge of many aspects of the business including food preparation, providing excellent customer service, hiring process for all new employees, creating weekly work schedules for all employees, manage up to 5 employees at a time, take weekly inventory counts, process a weekly product order and delivery, train all new employees, and provide strategic marketing plans to drive up the customer traffic. After being the General Manager of the Lake Hopatcong location for a year, I accepted the opportunity the become the General Manager of the Oakridge Subway location as well. It was an exciting and challenging to managing two locations simultaneously but was also an excellent learning experience. During the 6 months of managing both locations, I was working an upwards of 65+ hours weekly to install successful values into both locations.
