Analyzed with Conexio Assign software o Sequence-Specific Oligonucleotide (SSO) and HLA antibody identification (ABID) utilizing both the Luminex 100 and Luminex FlexMap 3D platforms. Analyzed with OneLambda HLA Fusion o Sequence-Specific Primer (SSP) using AllSet+ Gold assays. Analyzed results using UniMatch Plus o Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) with the QuantStudio 7 and analyzed with Linkage Biosciences LinkSēq software ▪ Presentations: o Recently Selected as one of the winners of the Technologist Case Study Contest from across the country.
