“Modernizing and Equipping America’s DoD/ DHS of and for Today and Tomorrow through Internal and External New Fabric Innovations, Garments and Accessories”. As Massif's Field Testing Manager, I work hand in hand with our World-Cass R&D and Fabric Textiles Technologist team and Sales Representatives throughout the United States to deliver the most "Technically Advanced and Revolutionary" Flame Resistant garments to the DoD, DHS, LEO, and Fire agencies. My responsibility is to ensure our products meet our end-user's needs to conduct their job in the world's harshest and most contested environments. By doing so, I integrate with various units (Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve) to conduct evaluations of new developmental Design textile and garment initiatives as well as improve what is in our current product assortment. This includes taking an item(s) into some of the most remote and harshest environments our service members may find themselves in throughout the world. Once Internal evaluations are completed we move into External Evaluations. I have the unique advantage to reach across the DoD and DHS to locate the correct end-users to conduct evaluations on all or any number of Items within our product line for Massif. Show less

“Modernizing and Equipping America’s DoD/ DHS of and for Today and Tomorrow through Internal and External New Fabric Innovations, Garments and Accessories”. As Massif's Technical Sales (Requirements Generation) and Field Testing Manager, works hand in hand with our World-Cass R&D and Fabric Technologist team as well as our Sales Representatives through out the United States to deliver the most "Technically Advanced and Revolutionary" Flame Resistant garments to the DoD and DHS. My responsibility is to conduct internal T&E to ensure the item being evaluated will stand up to what any of our servicemembers will put it through. This includes taking an item(s) into some of the most remote and harshest environments our service members may find themselves. Once Internal evaluations are completed we move into External Evaluations. I have the unique advantage to reach across the DoD and DHS to locate the correct end-users to conduct evaluations on any number of Items for Massif when it comes to updating products, adding new concepts to our product line or conducting early DT&E.One aspect of Technical Sales is to advise and assist our team/ end-users as to which garment(s) they should be looking into based on their MOS and their Area of Operations (AO) they are in or will soon be finding themselves in. The other aspect of my job is to see how our garment stack up to the DoD issued garments/ like items as well as our competitors ensuring we bring the best of the best to market for those who decide to be apart of the less than 1%.
