Chris is an outstanding talent who works hard to support those around him. As Chief Operating Officer at Convalo I had the benefit of interacting with Chris constantly. Accounting, finance, audit, operating metrics, budgets, human resources . . . his broad yet expert knowledge of so many business functions makes him an incredible asset. He is particularly adept at reinforcing, assisting and coaching those in non-financial functions about key financial metrics, why those metrics are important and what we all as contributors can action to positively influence the bottom line. He understands that not all those around him grasp the minutia and he communicates accordingly. Chris is a great leader who focuses on communicating, achieving meaningful results and supporting those around him.

I worked with Chris for over 3 years while I was Accounting Manager at Land O' Lakes. I know Chris to be professional, hardworking and has extensive knowledge of Excel and financial systems. Chris has an amazing work ethic and manages his time wisely. His work is extremely accurate and his communication skills are excellent. Chris takes great pride in his work. Chris will be an asset to any company and I highly recommend him.
