Taught school kids aged 10-12 the basics of Javascript programming at a holiday camp at various locations across Sydney. As head teacher I came up with plan for each lesson in accordance with the camp syllabus, taught the material to the kids in the classroom and supervised kids during break times. Responsibilities included general leadership of executive team and delegation of duties, as well as communication with the student clubs authority and handling planning/logistics for weekly events and tournaments. Part of team of volunteers which organised monthly video game tournaments in the CBD. With the same team hosted OHN14, a 600+ entrant major esports tournament featuring international guests, where I was personally in charge of organisation/logistics for an event comprised of 150+ competitors and 4 other staff members.
