Make and implement recommendations to improve processes and procedures, monitor safety programs. Identify and conduct training in order to develop and implement safety awareness initiatives that improve safety performance and meet regulatory requirements. Manage and lead internal audits on-site, as well as organizing and supporting 3rd party audits with facilities across HG&E. Provide timely EHS reports and statistics to management. Promote a culture of safety and raising safety awareness Maintain expert knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and, consensus standards, and compile periodic reports as required by regulatory organizations.
