  Maintaining PLC network and servers Troubleshooting PLC issues Programming and adding other components such as Drives, Contactors, Armor Blocks, Relays to RSNetworks Monitor the storage facility and correct operational faults Assist Electricians and Mechanics in troubleshooting and repair of industrial components. Help machine operators troubleshoot operational issues. Correct operational faults on the PLC’s such as gap detects, E stops and twisted pallets and ULD’s Maintain and conduct preventative maintenance on conveyor decks, 12 hydraulic scissor lifts with pneumatic props, motor and pneumatic driven stoppers, 3 stacker cranes (consisting of a 25’ conveyor platform fixed to a rail hoisted by a motor through cables), 4 Helideck vehicles fixed to a rail and a bin system consisting of 6 mechanical elevators, 9 carts servicing a loop, chain rail driven decks and 4 smaller stacker cranes with a 5’x5’ deck servicing the bin storage racks.
