Christian Cho
"What would Chris do?" is a question I ask myself constantly as I think about what I can do to effectively lead a team. He set high standards for how to work with product and design to set a team up for success to knock things out of the park and I look to my experience with him as the baseline. It's not an understatement to say that he's responsible for the success of several engineers at Attentive.

Chris was the lead developer in one of the highest performing teams I’ve ever worked with. The team had great passion about the work they were doing and dedication to the team’s success. Much of that was thanks to Chris’s influence. Chris not only had the technical chops to solve for challenges in an old, outdated system but he also spearheaded so many workflow enhancements that improved ease of development and collaboration. He was an amazing partner for Product. One of the many highlights working with him was his keen ability to understand and speak on behalf of the user and on behalf of impact to the business. He had a curiosity for analytics and guided decisions based on the data. He leveraged knowledge about overall company and department goals to communicate benefits and make recommendations for possible improvements. He was a superb communicator helping me gain a deeper understanding of our technology and creating great presentations that resonated within the organization. Chris lifted our the team up in so many ways and we are all better off from the experience of working with him. He would be a very valuable asset to any company.
