I was directly in charge of my workers training syllabuses via ASM documentation and ensuring that the work center was kept up to date with all Aviation Maintenance Advisories. I ensured that all maintenance was done safely, correctly, and completed in a timely manner. As a Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative I also had the final word in all troubleshooting procedures regarding the aircraft. I have personally trained over 50 Marines in proper management roles, Plane Captain Certifications, Collateral Duty Inspectors, and Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representatives.
