Responsible for the occupational well-being of 120+ terrific people at our shop, and the reputation and reliability of our community bank. Previously and still manage all things related to operations; and still get to help a little bit with marketing a community bank (internal and external). I also manage the operations of our insurance subsidiary, sit on ALCO, conduct leadership training, and massage the investment portfolio. Busy, fun and thriving.

Had a blast working in the Marketing department. Was granted access to all departments as editor of internal newsletter. Got into the belly of the beast, albeit short-term. First day on the job met Sec. of State Albright and got a fancy pin from the secret service. Was one of many victims of the consultant-inspired purge concurrent with employee-ownership biting the dust. Had a blast working in the Marketing department.
