      Main Duties: I worked as assistant manager of a team of three individuals who looked after localised marketing for the full branch retail consisting of over 600 branches. Using the full marketing mix my responsibilities included; Direct Mail, POS, Press adverts (Nationally and regional), Radio adverts, local and national PR as well as producing flyers, leaflets and posters, I also helped out on a number of TV campaigns. I also looked after the creation and implementation of customer acquisition/recruitment strategies in the form of direct mail, customer insight and email marketing, with the main focus always being on analysis of the piece of work and the ROI. I achieve this by liaising internally and externally with chosen suppliers, operators and Media Buying Agencies. We currently work to a five to seven day SLA for all requests we receive which is always maintained and achieved. In my later years with The Co-operative I was responsible for the North division of all food stores looking after Marketing events for New Branch openings, Acquisitions and Mergers, making sure all contractors were up to date and builders and contractors made sure builds and projects where completed in a timely manner and on budget.
