I had the pleasure of working with Chris this past year on a company wide special initiative called Customer First. The team consisted of a carefully selected group of employees with the mandate to look at ways the company could improve on the overall service it provides its clients. Chris oversaw the entire project. I managed a sub team within the group and Chris was part of that team. He supported us through the entire process. He was a great mentor. He provided the support and direction that kept us on track. His knowledge and expertise were necessary in ensuring the execution of our sub-team project.

Christopher is a very receptive manager that continually offers his team career training and opportunities to develop their skill set. We worked on clear development plans and identified specific steps to further my career. He encourages collaboration on team goals, and delegates tasks effectively and appropriately to team members. Additionally, he is able to translate management's corporate strategy and mission into the daily tactics and tasks. Beyond getting the work done, he truly cares about the individuals on the team and their futures. He is a strong advocate for active communication and a transparent culture which benefits everyone. Christopher is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him again.
