Defined hardware and software requirements to be able to launch a functional system. Process Improvement: - Formalized materials testing and process qualification plan for printers. Managed and executed the qualification for the first set of Arevo's 80 printer fleet. - Defined optimal print conditions through statistical DOE methods, and mentored junior engineers to apply this framework. - Effectively collaborated with international staff in Vietnam to deploy and validate new features. Analytics: - Developed cloud based analysis tools using Python and SQL to level-up the engineering team's development speed. Combined data streams to standardize the data storage, display, and quality. - Created system health checks by using OpenCV computer vision techniques. Automated the incumbent processes to provide unbiased, actionable data. - Built dashboards from SQL to monitor printer health during new product or new process deployments.
