Initially appointed as Molecular Products Limited Financial Controller, responsible for all aspects of UK companies accounts. Also responsible for consolidation of Molecular Group monthly management accounts and year end statutory accounts. Subsequently appointed Company Secretary and the responsibility of reporting directly to Group Board. Took the lead on restructuring finances including, change of bank and preparation for future investment. Following sucessful negotiations I was promoted to Molecular Products Limited Finance Director.

A member of the DaimlerChrsyler Group, EvoBus (UK)Ltd was renamed and restructured to merge three subsidiaries. At that time, I was employed to set up a uniform accounting (SAP r3) and finance team along with relocating the accounting function from Lincoln and Milton Keynes to Coventry. Following successful relocation and integration 'normal' financial reporting included the monitoring of intercompany transactions for Germany and reports compliant to USGAAP and subsequently IFRS.
