While employed with RoviSys Building Technologies (RBT), I continued learning and working with various automation hardware & software for different clients, designing to their requirements and meeting their needs on a continual basis. Industrial Building Automation is a constantly changing and growing industry, and my success through startups and support services helped me mature immensely.From 2014-2015, I worked on different teams to provide industrial building automation and management to numerous customers in the Mission Critical space. I also spent significant time starting and leading the RBT Service & Support Group which included tasks such as project staffing, project management, customer service, real-world problem solving, and maintaining client relationships. In 2016, I further utilized my experience to manage and lead teams of different sizes in direct customer interfacing roles. I spent 4 co-op blocks here within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Validation vertical market. I learned a variety of automation and controls software and hardware from major automation hardware and software manufacturers. Additionally, I engineered various batch and continuous control systems with I/O counts ranging from 700 to 15,000 hard and soft points. I created and edited validation documents under FDA Regulations and GAMP 5 Guidelines for system validation and site acceptance.
