Scheduled and planned the installation for each of our 10 offices, increasing productivity and reducing maintenance costs by 20%. Completed projects two months ahead of schedule and under budget. Enterprise Implementations: Directed multi-office rollout of new software and systems. Results: Implemented Exchange Server upgrade to Office 365, ensuring defect-free release through planning, testing, and QA efforts. Database Development: Guided teams in the development of relational database management system including Allscripts, Home Care Home Base, and Health Medx.
