With the contributions of over 50 dedicated staff across seven teams, we focused obsessively on values-based leadership and decision-making. Our mission was to steward the learning environment and support students’ many learning partners. We managed a >$75M operation with over 400 FTEs in six buildings on two campuses on over 14 acres at the University of Chicago. We completed the Schools' $200M all-campus renovation and expansion branded Lab+.
