      - During my time at David Village Lighting, I have been responsible for ensuring that meticulous daily and cyclic counts of stock have been conducted accurately and verified in a timely fashion.       - Working for the NHS Test & Trace Vaccination Booking Program during the height of the pandemic meant meeting extremely strict targets, in terms of the number of outbound calls and inbound calls, made in order to arrange, reschedule and explain appointments to callers from across the UK- I regularly exceeded the high targets set and prided myself on always maintaining a high level of service for callers who were often highly distressed, unable to recall personal details, or did not have a good level of spoken English.
