Allowing our accounting program to match Salesforce and trigger automation in Hubspot to start post-sales automated follow-ups. • Created custom Google Sheets integrations with Salesforce using JavaScript and REST API, allowing for JSON Parsing of Fed Ex order status without an expensive third-party solution. • Integrated Outlook Email and configured Einstein Activity Capture with Salesforce saving salespeople time and ensuring all emails are captured automatically. • Integrated Vonage Phone systems with Salesforce, increasing visibility of all past activity on accounts by automatically logging all phone calls, saving time, and giving precise data on phone outreach statistics. • Integrated Conga Composer and Conga Sign into Salesforce, drastically decreasing incorrect orders by allowing customers to confirm their orders and sign before shipment.
