  Working as a Designer and Project Co-ordinator with Restaurant Secrets Inc, a turnkey F&B consultancy in Dubai. As the sole in-house designer I am responsible for all stages of design, from concept through to completion for all Interior & Kitchen Designs. Projects have ranged in size from 700 sqft QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) projects through to 12,000 sqft fine dining concepts. Responsibilities include: Co-ordination with landlords / building management; obtaining and checking all tenant design documents; space planning, concept design, and preparation of marketing material for commercial kitchens & interiors; equipment selection for commercial kitchen designs; drafting joinery and detail design packages; creation of construction documentation for tender.
