During the 3 and half years I worked in various environments undertaking a variety of jobs covering all aspects of mechanical and building services. Starting off as an apprentice toolmaker I progressed through an advanced modern apprentiship being passed off in 2003. Spending a further year at the company carrying out general preventative and breakdown maintenance on injection mould tools and production equipment. Areas of maintenance included hydraulics, pneumatics, machining of new moulding plates, welding and repair of mould surfaces and electrical rewiring and testing of tool hot-plate.
