      I supervised 5 direct supervisors and responsible for 30 staff who carried large caseloads doing CPS work. It was my decision when to remove a child and when they would return. I have to testify in court. I provide training and oversight of programs and cases. I have to document work, decisions, and attendance at meetings in our Link system. I provide training on new initiatives and policies. I conduct mandated reporter training to community providers and school personnel.
