Floor Manager: Established smooth program flow while it is being shot or broadcasted on TV, ensuring programs go according to plan and everyone involved (presenters, camera crew, guests and audience) is aware of their responsibilities. Technical Director – Production Crew (Vision Switcher/CCU Controller): Monitored the technical aspects of all video sources (gain levels, chroma phase, synch timing, etc.), ensuring all sources are maintained at “broadcast quality”. Audio Technician: Operated the technical equipment used to record, amplify, enhance, mix or reproduce sound. Teleprompter: Transcribed scripts or recording into readable banners or special screens
