I had the opportunity to work with Christopher Forsythe from 6th of April 2021 until the 28th April 2023. Christopher is a skilled and committed team player with exceptional expertise in plant production. As Plant Expert, Christopher consistently demonstrated his ability to follow QMS, drive new processes, and ensure high plant performance in our Production sites in Taastrup and Greve where under his guidance increased the quality of the plant production by 20 percent. He achieved this with his exceptional skills in managing plant issues and his problem-solving abilities. As a Production Site Manager his abilities and plant knowledge were invaluable to me and my team. Christopher's strengths in analyzing data, guiding and leading nursery, production and field teams, and developing plant production recipes to meet local demand were exceptional. He was highly reliable, communicative, and extremely committed to ensuring the highest levels of plant performance in our production sites. I highly recommend Christopher for any plant production-related positions and project management.
