Chris had one of the largest running logistics hubs in the entire Carvana network and I can say that he has grown that place from ground up from day one. The culture, safety and efficiency of his operation was exceptional and performed in a high level. He came up with great ideas to engage his team when it came to safety and teamwork. He communicates very well and he is a true leader. Any organization would be lucky to have him as a leader and asset.
