When these duties first started I was setting up interviews for the hiring manager and currently I run all of the interviews as the hiring manger for the Los Angeles Office• Conduct preliminary and subsequent round interviews• Make hiring decisions • Proficient in sourcing applicants and don’t need to rely only on job postings to build up application volume. • Run orientation and new hire training, which involves conducting team building exercises, simulating conversations with donors, demonstrating how to lead conversations, and familiarizing staff with company conduct policies. • Expert in iCims and Workable HR Platform• Mentor new recruiters and maintain flexibility in training to accommodate learning styles.
