Through a team of talented transit professionals that includes radio control/dispatch, road supervisors, bus operators, and our downtown transit center we continually improve by executing on operational excellence in the areas of professional appearance, customer service, on-time performance , and safe operation. Beginning in 2017, I led the creation and implementation of an initiative focused on supporting our transportation workforce to drive results in our key performance areas. Operational Excellence provides the structure to our supervisors and information to Bus Operators in a way that places continuous improvement at the forefront. We have seen records results in on-time performance and have been recognized for our sound processes been the Greater Rochester Quality Council. We have continued our stable record of safety and have improved customer satisfaction.
