Working with Corporate Development and other stakeholders to completely redesign the acquisitions process to expedite and ensure alignment to strategy.KPMG lead for the Business Innovation Summit 2015 – a significant event run in conjunction with HSBC to discuss how corporates can maximise the value of their innovation. Leading the organisation of a key workshop to executive level members of the commercial banking division of a leading international bank. Designed and ran a programme of activities to increase awareness of the SGIs throughout KPMG UK in conjunction with internal communications.
