  ● Mentored a caseload of 25 to 50 participants serving a criminal sentence on work release in Hamilton County. ● Directed and lead the Program Team committee in the creation of the first job fair hosted by Hamilton County Community Correction. Also responsible for exploring new treatment and education classes. ● Monitored individual participant performance on a monthly basis in regards to the agency’s Key Performance Indicators. ● Obtained a participant successful release rate of 63% for FY2014-2015 compared to the agency rate of 60%. ● Negotiated with participants one-on-one to agree on a case plan, set individual goals, enroll in treatment and education classes, and discuss any issues or concerns utilizing motivation interviewing techniques. ● Assisted participants with creating budgets and remaining accountable for fee payments and other fiscal responsibilities. ● Updated the Hamilton County Community Corrections case management system with case notes and class information for all assigned participants on a continuous basis. ● Utilized risk assessment and motivational interviewing techniques to obtain personal information from participants on a periodic basis. ● Collaborated with other agency personnel to create policies and procedures as a member of the Accreditation Team. ● Participated in monthly staff meetings to obtain updates on best practices for the agency and to offer new ideas of how to make the agency more productive. ● Assisted with creation of the POSSE electronic scheduling program. ● Facilitated training new and existing personal on how to use the POSSE electronic scheduling program. ● Engaged actively as a member of the Case Management and Behavioral Management committees.
