I implemented Food Safety Standards, Kitchen Standards, aided in the programming and implementation of a Point of Sale system which enabled better tracking of profit/loss, inventory, and labor. I redesigned and reviewed the menu, resetting pricing directly correlating with unit costs as well as exchanging low sale items for new and different choices.
