I represent commercial and residential property owners in real estate tax reduction proceedings across New York State. My goal is to maximize the value of my clients' real estate holdings by reducing their property tax burden. For commercial property (office, warehouse, multi-family residential, retail, etc.) lower taxes increases the potential return on investment. For single-family homes, a lower tax burden reduces the monthly carrying cost for long-term residents, and makes the property more attractive to potential buyers.
