  •h • I currently assist in managing all our produce specialists. In addition, I oversee 90 commissaries on military bases. Which include assisting in resets, vip visits store openings. I also assist in marketing ideas and help run retail operations. • Hire, train, and manage new employees across several different locations and currently oversee 13 associates • Implemented new trainings in different regions across the country to Commissary Produce Managers on increasing effectiveness in their stores • Demonstrated the ability to quickly identify problems, and implement effective solutions through coordinating with department managers, corporate management and produce merchandisers • Completed area market basket surveys in different area grocery chain stores to compare prices between the commissary and other stores. • Manage orders and returns between Military Produce and Commissary • Designed and built creative displays to increase sales while winning display contests throughout DECCA. Contests won: Clementine Display (12/18,12/19), Plant Display (12/15,4/16) Pear Display (2/12) and Apple Display (10/13). Show less
