I was responsible for leading a team of engineers to execute the Process Design Package (PDP) and Basic Engineering Package (BEP) for the third party licencing of the Shell Ethylene Oxide (EO) and Ethylene Glycol (EG) Technology. This involved managing a team of between 12 and 25 engineers spread across 4 different offices in 2 different countries, the Netherlands and India. I monitored the project schedule, ensured that schedule, budget and quality were met for a number of projects. I provided technical leadership to the team and mentoring to the junior engineers.
