  Lead engineer responsible for all F-22 Radar Program power supply and RF Line Replaceable Modules (LRMs). • Perform efficient troubleshooting of LRMs and STE, down to failed component level, and provide effective resolutions, while maintaining 7+ years of on-time delivery. • Act as lead technical contact between F-22 Radar Program Office, Joint Venture Partner and multiple suppliers, requiring on-site technical support and face-to-face meetings. • Maintain failure analysis databases and report trends to Program Management, Joint Venture Partner, and Customer. • Investigate failure trends and conduct engineering analysis to develop and propose potential design changes improving integrity and reliability of the LRMs. • Lead multiple team-oriented Six Sigma projects - Streamlining production processes to reduce cost, production time, turnaround time, and DPMO. • Coordinate efforts between operators, technicians, and engineers to mitigate schedule constraints. • Primary contributor for Technical Interchange Meetings with Joint Venture Partner to transfer depot responsibilities of Customer Returned Material.
