Improved performance of customers computer by performing a pc tune up on their computer. Gave customers a comparision report after pc tune up was complete that showed how their computer performed before the tune up done and how the tune up improved their computer's performance and what additional services they should get to further improve their computer. Diagnose and resolve problems that customers have with their computer. Document all the work done on customers computer on store's job ticket system. Update Management on the status of each customer's computer at the end of the work shift. Give a service completion form to the customer when they come to pick up their computer that tells them what was done to resolve their issue and recommendations for additional services if needed. Perform diagnosic on computer hardware to ensure that they are working correctly. Order and install new hardware for customers when needed. Perform data backup, reinstall Windows, and virus removal for customer's when needed. Assist customers with finding the correct ink or toner for their printers. Assist customers with purchases of laptops, desktops, external hard drivers, routers, and switches Setup User accounts, install Windows updates, create recovery disks, install software, and perform data transfer from old computer to new computer for customers that purchase a new laptop or desktop.
