I help businesses to manage their occupational real estate including providing advice on property acquisitions / disposals; lease restructuring and development. Spring4 is an independent real estate consultancy that specialises in advising on complex property matters throughout the UK as well as assisting with specific international projects when required. Example career transactions and projects: • Acquisition of a 50,000 sq ft self-contained HQ building in Basingstoke for a US medical equipment company. • Advised on the acquisition and subsequent restructuring of a 67 site nationwide estate for an outsourcing business in order to deliver a contract on behalf of the UK Government. • Numerous Central London leasehold office acquisitions / renewals for occupiers. • Represented a FTSE100 insurance company on office acquisitions in Paris (10,000 sq ft) and Luxembourg (1,500 sq ft). • Lease renewal on a 20,000 sq ft self-contained office building in Darlington. • Disposal of 20,000 sq ft of surplus office accommodation on behalf of an occupier in Chelmsford. • Sale of a 1.2 acre development site on behalf of an Oxford College. • Purchase of a 25,000 sq ft listed building in Edgbaston, Birmingham for conversion to use as student accommodation for an adjoining college. • Sale of a 12 acre development site in Bristol on behalf of a religious body.
