I had the privilege of working with Christophe (CJ), a Senior Solutions Consultant at Zendesk in Melbourne. In his role at Zendesk, Christophe demonstrated a deep understanding of the customer service landscape and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. He was a great critical thinker, challenging clients in their CX transformation thinking, and always exploring new and creative ways to help our customers achieve their goals and succeed in their respective industries. Christophe's expertise and passion for customer experience were evident in his interactions with clients, and he was always able to provide valuable insights and recommendations that helped them optimise their use of the Zendesk platform. He was also highly skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, product Demonstrations, and he was able to build strong relationships with our clients based on trust and credibility. Some of these projects delivered transformational outcomes for their businesses, and their customers / employees. Beyond his technical skills, Christophe was also a valued member of the team and easy going. He was a great colleague and always willing to lend a hand or provide support when needed, particularly in RFPs and developing business cases! His positive attitude and collaborative approach made him a pleasure to work with and a valuable asset to the organisation. I've worked with Christophe (CJ) for 4 years at Zendesk. Initially as peers, later on as his manager. If I had to describe CJ in 3 words, it would be: - Passionate: CJ has been in Sales and Presales for the most of his career, and he is super passionate about working together with the sales reps and understanding business pain points from customers.
