  At Kaia Health, we digitize multimodal therapies for chronic diseases (chronic back pain and other MSK conditions) that show strong evidence in the clinical setting and bring them into patient’s homes on the smartphone.As a Product Analyst I work in the Analytics & Data Science Team and I am embedded into a Product Team performing following tasks:∙ Designing, Monitoring & Analysing AB Tests for improving Content and Design as well as testing new Features in order to increase the number of users getting activated.∙ Working in a cross-functional product team and contributing to an iterative and data-informed product development process by owning user behaviour analysis and proactively support the Product and Design team with new feature ideas as well as identifying potential opportunities and possible risk factors∙ Responsible for the feature tracking by working closely with engineers and product managers to implement the tracking needed∙ Doing ad-hoc analysis for complex product and business questions using SQL, Looker and Mixpanel∙ Responsible for translating product needs & changes into database & data structure requirements and working closely with Data Engineers to implement these∙ Leading a cross-functional strategic analytical project that spans Product, Analytics, Marketing and Customer Support Teams in order to improve the understanding of impact of different business units on our users∙ Tool kit: Looker (incl. LookML), Mixpanel, SQL, Amazon Redshift Database
